Oysters and Champagne at the Oriental Bar
Oriental Bar oysters and champagne
become a “spritz”! The oyster's leaves replace the clam incredibly tasting
the same. They come from the Atlantic coasts, from northern Europe and
North America. Ours are provided by a Dutch producer: the leaves are lightly pressed
together with the Tio Pepe Sherry; the addition of ice
and Champagne Billecart
- Salmon Brut complete
the cocktail. The mixture has a beautiful straw color with flashes of green.
Its scent reminds hints of wine, sea and spicy flavors.
The taste is dry, sharp, intriguing with fresh and bitter hints which make it even more persuasive and sparkling.
