MARKS AND GUIDES
In 1900 in France, Michelin decided to offer car drivers a guide for their journeys.
At first it only included practical information such as the price of petrol and
a calculation of speed. In 1920 they decided to include the most renowned restaurants
which, from 1926 onwards, were awarded the famous star… immediately becoming a
great success.
The most authoritative guides feature the Met Restaurant:
Michelin Guide 2010: ** Two Stars

Gambero Rosso Guide 2010: 90/100 score + Tre Forchette Corrado Fasolato, one of the first chefs in Italy
who adds pure inventive in his cuisine and creates dishes that ”astonish” taste
and look, is ready to let you taste either the Veneto tradition (however with
his personal interventions), or courses that you can freely choose.
