The Damasco Suite celebrates the Serenissima's distant past and its links with the Orient reflected in its furnishings and architecture. Evocative of the subtle sensuousness of an eastern ambiance is the dulcet sound of water playing in a mother-of-pearl mosaic fountain-pool in the middle of the sitting room - in which you can luxuriate with good music and a glass of sparkling champagne.
Again the Orient shows itself in a delightful Turkish bath where you can sit comfortably in a specially designed chamber decorated hammam-style with little niches.
The decorations are striking and sophisticated, with exotic silver candelabrums, a big plasma Tv, another hanged TV to be watched from the pool, telephones, Qeen-size bed with a super comfort mattress, soft antiallergic pillows, delightful minibar set in the wall with an inlaid-wood door, a wardrobe separate from the bedroom and internet connection through your personal computer also available.
